If you have met me somewhere in the real world, you would call me Bill. To those that have met me somewhere online, you would call me 'Gaurhoth'. The nickname is a holdover from long ago days when I still had time to participate in online RPG's. Now, we are not talking about anything so recent as Everquest or WoW. My online game days go back to AOL's Neverwinter Nights and Gemstone 3. Despite my current abandonment of online gaming, I still carry the nickname around with me in IRC and other online communities.

As for my history, I lived in Mississippi until 2005, when I moved to Ohio to pursue career advancements. I currently work as a Senior Systems Administrator in the IT Operations side of a software development company that provides enterprise software solutions.

In addition to myself, a wife, four kids, two cats, and a small dog round out the household. So, if I ever need an excuse for lack of new material on the site... consider the above information as my pass.

Skyeagle.net has been a domain I have used for email for quite some time. Now I am also using it to write about the various things in life that interest me. Currently, the top subjects that interest me are Powershell, Windows System Administration, and the usual run of the mill annoyances we all seem to face. Expect to hear about all of this and more. At least occasionally.
